Chief-of-staff briefing

The briefing is a pure projection of one validated Outcome. The loopback view puts the operator-facing sections in this order:

• Outcome — what the work is trying to achieve.
• Now — the current move from the owning plan.
• Change — the latest bounded progress.
• Proof — one delivered proof reference, when one exists.
• A/B/C decision — at most three explicit choices when the Outcome needs a decision.

The view may also include a short explanation of why the change matters and a recommendation. It contains no implementation transcript, provider identity, model choice, or machine path.
